Where PawnMaster shops stand
Bravo Store Systems announced on January 30, 2024 that it had acquired PawnMaster, including PawnMaster Classic and PawnMaster Ignite. Bravo now runs a PawnMaster transition page offering to migrate customers, inventory, loans and transaction history, with no setup fees or conversion charges, and read-only access to PawnMaster during and after the move. As of September 25, 2026 that page states no end date for PawnMaster.
Whatever you decide, your sales history is the most valuable thing in the system: it is what tells you what things sell for in your shop. Before any move, make sure you can export it in a form you can keep, and ask how much history comes across.
PawnCounter cannot read PawnMaster files today. If you run PawnMaster, email us: we would rather build the reader for the shops that ask.

Where things stand
If your area requires police reporting, your LeadsOnline export may already work on its own for the acquisition side. Try it, or send it to us.
If PawnMaster can export a sales or inventory report to CSV or Excel, send one to us and we will tell you honestly whether it is enough.
Keep your history, whatever you decide
A migration is where years of history get flattened or left behind. Before any move, export everything PawnMaster will give you: sales and inventory reports (Excel or CSV if it offers them, PDF if not), the general ledger export, your police-reporting file, and a copy of the PawnMaster data folder itself (usually under C:\PawnMaster).
Upload it all here with a free account. Files we can read become your Profit X-Ray now. Files we cannot read yet are kept exactly as sent, listed with your uploads, and when a PawnMaster reader lands it runs on them first. Nothing is thrown away, and you can delete any of it on request.
