Where PawnMaster shops stand
Bravo Store Systems announced on January 30, 2024 that it had acquired PawnMaster, including PawnMaster Classic and PawnMaster Ignite. Bravo now runs a PawnMaster transition page offering to migrate customers, inventory, loans and transaction history, with no setup fees or conversion charges. As of September 23, 2026 that page states no end date for PawnMaster.
Whatever you decide, your sales history is the most valuable thing in the system: it is what tells you what things sell for in your shop. Before any move, make sure you can export it in a form you can keep, and ask how much history comes across.
PawnCounter cannot read PawnMaster files today. If you run PawnMaster, email us: we would rather build the reader for the shops that ask.

Where things stand
If your area requires police reporting, your LeadsOnline export may already work on its own for the acquisition side. Try it, or send it to us.
If PawnMaster can export a sales or inventory report to CSV, send one to us and we will tell you honestly whether it is enough.
